Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Due Diligence Specialist. As a Due Diligence Specialist, your main responsibility will be to conduct thorough investigations and analysis on potential business partners, clients, and investments to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize risks.
You will be responsible for gathering and reviewing relevant documentation, performing background checks, and assessing the financial stability and legal obligations of prospective parties.
