Job Description
- Monitor and coordinate all the hotel operational functions within the property
- Provide the highest level of guest service and ensure that standards are maintained
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
- Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times
- Manage, record, and resolve promptly all guest complaints
- Meet and greet VIP guests and corporate clients upon arrival
- Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and colleagues guided by emergency procedures
