Job Description
Royce Hotel and Casino seeks a reliable Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Manager-on-Duty will manage Front Office shifts, supervise staff, coordinate with departments, monitor safety and security, inspect public areas, and respond to incidents and emergencies.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business; 1–2 years as Duty Manager or 2–3 years as Front Office Supervisor; Opera, Fidelio, or IFCA experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
