Job Description
1Aviation Ground Handling Services, Corp. is seeking a dedicated Duty Supervisor to ensure the achievement of our Mission, Vision, and Values. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage station resources, facilities, and supplies.
- Conduct briefings and assist in coordinating flight operations.
- Monitor station facilities and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure safety and security for guests and personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Location: Davao City (reliable commuting required)
Education: Bachelor’s preferred; 1 year of supervisory and aviation experience preferred.
