Job Description
SHS is currently seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients seeking assistance with Dynamics 365 implementation and customization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to identify their unique business requirements and objectives.
- Conducting thorough analysis of client systems and documenting their existing processes.
- Developing and implementing custom solutions using Dynamics 365 platform.
- Configuring and integrating various modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Training end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, and SQL for extending and customizing Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
