Job Description
GrowthAssistant is in search of a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Accounting Specialist to oversee order entry, sales mapping, and BOM creation in Shopify. This position involves managing cost accounting, financial reporting, and accounts payable processes. Strong collaboration with various departments is essential to resolve financial and operational challenges, ensuring accurate vendor setup, invoice coding, and efficient financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar software.
Salary: Up to Php 80,00 based on experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify operations including order entries and channel setup
- Build sales maps and BOMs
- Produce financial reports and perform cost accounting
- Conduct daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Collaborate with all departments to resolve queries promptly
- Establish vendors in QuickBooks and code invoices accordingly
