Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our online business operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing product listings and ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information
- Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team
- Assisting in customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and user experience
To qualify for this position, you should have good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) are also preferred.
