Job Description
SL TEMPS INC is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to support Online Operations with VOC tracking and coordination with PICs according to provided SOPs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing VOC monitoring reports and following up on actions/feedback.
- Coordinating cancellation requests with Online Operations and Logistics.
- Managing order cancellations via Hybris backoffice.
- Providing JIRA monitoring/support for tickets.
- Assisting with order tracking and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications include customer service experience in eCommerce, good communication skills, and minimal admin experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From Php25,00.00/month.
