Job Description
Collaborating with marketing, creative, and operations teams to help shape the overall growth of online business across multiple platforms.
Managing our e-commerce home page, product detail pages, landing pages, and content updates in line with seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Upload items and write content that will be published on e-commerce website/portals.
Assisting with the development of e-commerce strategies and initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
Monitoring and analyzing data and metrics from all e-commerce platforms, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Providing exceptional customer service including timely and accurate processing of customer orders, and constantly gathering insights to improve customer experience.
