Job Description
- Upload photos, create product listings in a timely productive manner
- Maintain product information database
- Ensure 5-star rating reviews and contact buyers for issues and concerns
- Turn inquiries into sales
- Research, request, review and data entry of information for new items setup
- Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness
- Create and implement online transaction strategies and marketing plans
- Answer customer inquiries through online chat and provide after-sales service
- Execute campaigns and site promotions
- Recommend strategies to enhance the site
- May perform other duties within the scope of work
- Coordinate purchase orders from digital platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or website
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
