Job Description
SL TEMPS INC is seeking an E-commerce Associate to assist in Online Operations, including VOC tracking and administrative tasks related to JIRA ticket management.
The ideal candidate will manage VOC monitoring reports, coordinate cancellation requests, assist in order tracking, and provide support for Online Operations/VOC tickets.
Requirements include customer service experience in e-commerce, good communication skills, and minimal administrative experience.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay starts at Php25,00.00 per month.
Benefits include a flexible schedule, on-site parking, opportunities for promotion, paid training, and potential for permanent employment.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
