Job Description
Job Objectives: To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and deliver the best customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and accounts.
- Follow established communication procedures and guidelines.
- Engage with customers and resolve complaints across various platforms.
- Promote deals and suggest products to customers.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, clerical skills, and willingness to work weekends.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month.
