Job Description
We seek a full-time, permanent on-site Customer Support Specialist. One-day hiring; candidates without BPO experience are welcome. Responsibilities include managing product listings, order processing and shipping, handling returns and refunds, proactively monitoring and updating customers on orders, tracking inquiries to identify trends, and staying current with platform updates.
- Signing bonus: ₱30,00
- Salary up to ₱28,00+
- HMO from day one (covers up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves
- Allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay
- 20% night differential, parking, insurance; potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year
