About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist manages ecommerce initiatives for brands under Linkage Group. Reporting to the Nexus GM, the role includes strategy development.
Responsibilities
- Social Media and ECommerce Inquiries – address customer queries effectively
- Customer Satisfaction – ensure all inquiries are resolved satisfactorily

Qualifications
- 1+ years in a creative agency or ECommerce
- Strong English and Tagalog skills
- Excellent time management
- Adaptability to handle various responsibilities
