Job Description
ORBIT SOUTH PH is seeking dedicated E-Commerce Customer Support Specialists to join our team. This full-time role involves assisting customers via live chat and email. We are looking for candidates with strong reading comprehension, a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, and a willingness to learn; prior experience is not required.
Your key responsibilities will include providing accurate information, processing customer requests and updates, and documenting all interactions. A high school diploma or ALS certification is mandatory, along with proficiency in English and strong attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php27,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, flexible work schedules, and paid training.
