Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO Makati as an E-commerce Customer Support Specialist! In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues ensuring complete satisfaction.
We are seeking high school (old curriculum) or ALS graduates with excellent communication skills. A minimum of 6 months BPO experience is required, or you may apply as a college graduate without BPO experience.
Enjoy a competitive salary of 27,00 PHP, HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay, and government-mandated benefits. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
