Job Description
As an E-Commerce Customer Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding online purchases and product information. Your main duties include resolving customer issues, processing returns and exchanges, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also need to collaborate with other departments such as sales and logistics to address customer needs efficiently. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
