Job Description
Are you someone who loves working with data and has a passion for e-commerce? We are currently seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Data Analyst to join our team. As an E-commerce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our online sales and marketing initiatives.
This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics tools, and data visualization techniques. You will work closely with our e-commerce team to identify trends, develop insights, and make strategic recommendations to optimize our online performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve our e-commerce strategy.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Data Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
