Job Description
Join SPLACE as an E-Commerce Fraud Analyst and help us combat online fraud. This position offers an hourly rate of $3 during training, increasing to $4 subsequently. The role is office-based with a graveyard shift, requiring a commitment of 36 hours or more per week. Benefits include health insurance after six months and on-site parking.
Main Responsibilities: Monitor transactions, conduct investigations, communicate with customers, and handle payments and disputes.
Requirements: 1 year in e-commerce, 1-2 years in fraud prevention, excellent English, attention to detail, and familiarity with Zendesk and Microsoft Office.
