Job Description
– Upload photos, create product listings in a timely productive manner
– Maintain product information database
– Ensure 5 star rating reviews and contact buyers to resolve issues and concerns.
– Turn inquiries into sales
– Research, request, review and perform data entry of information necessary to set up new items including: detailed descriptions, attributes, features/benefits, documents, and images.
– Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness
– Create and implement strategies to facilitate online transactions. You will organize, develop, and execute all online-related marketing plans.
– Answer customer inquiries through online chat and provide after-sales service to customers
– Execute campaigns and site promotions
– Recommend strategies to improve the site
– May be assigned other duties within the scope of work
– Coordinates purchase orders from digital platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or website
