Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to join our dynamic team. As an E-Commerce Officer, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize the online customer journey.
- Implement promotional campaigns and offers to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and platforms, such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.
