Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce OnCall Quality Assurance Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our e-commerce platform through training sessions and on-call support.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance, e-commerce operations, and training delivery. You will conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing quality assessments to maintain standards.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
- Provide on-call support for quality assurance issues
- Develop and maintain training materials
