Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Operations and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will take charge of end-to-end platform operations, managing product listings, content updates, merchandising, sales, and inventory. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in advertising on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Seller Center (Lazada/Shopee/Shopify).
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including managing digital assets, customer experience management (CEM), content optimization, and keyword ads.
- Build strong relationships with platform Key Account Managers through business reporting, analysis of key metrics and KPIs, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and deals to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage marketing calendars and oversee media planning and content direction.
- Stay updated on current trends in social media to ensure effective and engaging marketing strategies.
