Job Description
Giordano Philippines (TFB Incorporated) is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Operations Officer to effectively manage our online platforms, directly contributing to our business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will encompass monitoring orders from platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora, processing transactions, managing inventory, and enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will perform site audits and assist in tracking sales performance.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, a foundational understanding of Order Management Systems, and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications.
