Job Description
We invite you to join Giordano Philippines (TFB Incorporated) as an E-Commerce Operations Clerk. In this role, you will work closely with the E-Commerce Operations Officer to manage our online platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. Your responsibilities will include monitoring orders, printing waybills, preparing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and organizing merchandise for photoshoots.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or a degree in Business Studies, Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 months of E-Commerce experience. Proficiency in Order Management Systems and web analytics is preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a daily salary of Php 645, employee discounts, and opportunities for career advancement.
