Job Description
We are searching for a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As the Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our e-commerce operations, ensuring functionality and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a strong e-commerce background, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
- Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Implement and uphold e-commerce best practices to enhance the online shopping experience
- Monitor and resolve any technical issues related to the website, payment processing, and shipping logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in e-commerce operations or a similar role within the entertainment or leisure industry is preferred
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Must be willing to work ONSITE 6 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
