- Manage online channels (Shopee and Lazada) and customer communications.
- Provide excellent customer service via chat and email.
- Utilize marketing tools to increase online sales.
- Create engaging content for posts.
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Support team goals and achieve related outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Experience in managing Lazada and Shopee stores.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Marketing acumen and sales strategies.
- Achieve annual targets and KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php30,00.00/month
