Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist with expertise in Shopify. This position requires someone who can manage and maintain our online store, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales potential.
The main responsibilities of the E-Commerce Specialist include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Monitoring website performance, analyzing data, and making necessary improvements to optimize user experience.
- Managing product inventory, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.
- Providing customer support through live chat, email, and phone to assist with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
