Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Staff to join our team at GameOne PH. As an E-commerce Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platform, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our online customers.
Your main responsibilities will include updating product listings, managing inventory, processing orders, coordinating with the logistics team for timely deliveries, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of online marketing and SEO strategies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
