Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order processing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
