Job Description
The E‑Commerce Supervisor oversees daily customer support across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. You will lead and coach customer service representatives, manage escalations, monitor KPIs, and produce performance reports. The role requires cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to enhance processes and platform performance.
- Responsibilities: team training and evaluation, process improvement, escalation management, administrative reporting.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field; 1+ year in customer service and 1–2 years in a supervisory role; proven e‑commerce platform experience; CRM and MS Office proficiency; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
