Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee online sales channels, product listings, promotions, and marketplace operations. You will lead a small e-commerce team, collaborate with marketing and logistics, monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV), analyze sales data to drive improvements, and implement UX and merchandising enhancements. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Requirements: 3+ years in e-commerce; experience with Shopify and marketplaces; strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel proficiency; proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Availability to start soon and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are required.
