Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an e-Commerce Support Agent. This position involves providing excellent customer service and support to our e-commerce customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat. The e-Commerce Support Agent will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any technical issues, and provide product information.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with order placement, shipping, and returns
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Providing product recommendations and information
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support
