Job Description
Reporting to the E-Commerce Training Manager, the E-Commerce Training Officer will be responsible for providing training support to the E-Commerce Business Group (EBG) by liaising with the Management Services Department’s business process outlines (BPO) and business process manuals (BPM), conducting training for EBG activities, and assisting in designing and developing training modules.
