Job Description
Our dynamic team is currently on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join us on our exciting journey. If you’re passionate about e-commerce operations, logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Handle shipping tracking, technical tasks, and support our distribution center to ensure seamless operations.
- Operational Support: Act as the glue that binds our operational side, overseeing inventory, and ensuring everyone is on track with their tasks.
- Task Completion Oversight: Make sure that tasks are completed efficiently, and shipments are handled properly.
- Administrative Excellence: Keep the office well-maintained, organized, and secure, contributing to a positive working environment.
- Communication Facilitation: Support employees by fostering smooth communication between departments and engaging with internal and external parties.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel to handle data and analytics tasks.
