Job Description
As an E-Learning Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective online learning strategies within our organization. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative e-learning programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive e-learning content using various platforms and technologies. You will oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its functionality meets the needs of our employees. Additionally, you will analyze data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of e-learning initiatives and make necessary improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Proficiency in utilizing authoring tools and learning management systems is required. Additionally, a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories will be highly beneficial.
