Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Development Planning and Mentorship International. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of early development projects, as well as providing mentorship to junior staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive plans for early development projects.
- Guide and mentor junior staff members, providing support and guidance throughout their professional development.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in project management and mentorship is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and additional language(s) is a plus.
