Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account at Sapient Global Services, you will be the main point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, concerns, or support with their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer issues for resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Provide basic technical support for the food delivery app.
- Promote new items and special offers to customers.
- Adhere to call center standards and guidelines.
