Job Description
ASG BPO NORTH, a leading outsourcing company, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with their travel needs and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services based on customer preferences and budget.
- Share detailed travel information, including flight schedules, layovers, and travel restrictions.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle refunds when necessary.
- Support customers with changes to travel plans, rebooking flights, and modifying reservations.
- Offer and explain travel insurance options, including coverage details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
