Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues
- Communicate technical information clearly
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, some tech coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months TSR/CSR experience
- Willing to start immediately, onsite in Quezon City
