Job Description
- Order Processing: Processing and monitoring website orders, including coordination with riders, managing orders by province, and facilitating store pick-ups.
- Sales Monitoring: Monitoring and updating sales on various online platforms, including pre-orders.
- Shipping Coordination: Monitor, follow up, and update shipping status for website orders. Coordination with branches for store pick-ups.
- Payment Handling: Payment confirmation for various payment methods Financial Tasks: Liquidation for shipping fees, Handling cash transactions.
- Claims and Returns: Assisting in the documentation and filing of claims, as well as managing the process for returns and refunds.
- Accounting Support: Updating online sheets for accounting purposes, especially focusing on G1 online sales. Weekly exporting of Statements of Account (SOA) for all platforms.
