Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an eCommerce Backend L3 Application Support. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our eCommerce backend applications.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements. You will also be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, documenting incidents, and developing scripts and tools to automate processes.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in eCommerce platforms and application support. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP is essential. Additionally, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
