Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual for the position of Ecommerce Content Policy and Programmes Manager. As the Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the content policies and programmes for our ecommerce platform.
Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing guidelines to ensure high-quality content is displayed on our website, managing content policies and procedures, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing content performance, identifying any issues or areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and content management systems, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Previous experience in content policy development and management is highly preferred.
