Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online sales processes? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an eCommerce Customer Service representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our online customers. You will assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and navigation through our website. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an eCommerce or online retail setting.
