Job Description
Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills who are willing to start ASAP. We welcome high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior high school graduates.
Your main responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 28,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, additional leave, and paid training, among others.
