Job Description
The Virtual Navigators is excited to invite motivated and dedicated individuals to become part of our team. In the role of Sales and Accounts Analyst, you will support our customers and oversee front-end eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process and track orders
– Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
– Compile reports and perform product research
Qualifications:
– Proficient in English
– Reliable high-speed internet connection
– Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Technical Requirements:
– Intel i3 (6th-12th gen) or AMD equivalent
– Minimum of 8GB RAM and a noise-canceling headset
