Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Answer and assist customers on their concerns and inquiries accurately and timely via chat or call if required.
- Assist customers and process same-day delivery orders.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance proactively.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Test defective returned items and process for RMA.
- Check promos and update prices on eCommerce platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php18,00.00 per month
