Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated eCommerce Staff to join our vibrant team at GameOne PH. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, assisting them with inquiries via chat or call, and managing same-day delivery orders. You will also monitor social media for customer complaints, gather feedback, and communicate with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Additional tasks involve testing defective returned items, updating prices on eCommerce platforms, and ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.
