Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce the implementation of the Company’s EHS polices and procedures within the plant premises in a timely and effective manner by conducting inspection, orientation, and investigation to ensure zero accidents and to comply with the environmental requirements.
- Monitor and record incidents, accident near misses, deviations, corrective actions and handling emergencies to ensure timely and effective reporting to the Technical Manager.
- Organize and conduct safety training, meeting, and orientation to office and plant personnel to enforce safety culture.
- Check and monitor safety equipment to ensure that they are maintained and ready to use in case of an emergency situation occurs.
- Enforce effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned sectional activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of EHS systems, processes, and practices to achieve productivity improvement and cost reduction.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Health Safety & Environment or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Knowledgeable in QHSE practices, management, and procedures
- Certification in Health Safety & Environment Course
- Ability to enforce quality and safety rules and regulations
- Ability to conduct inspection and investigation and make reports and recommendations based on findings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
