Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated EHS Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to minimize and prevent accidents or environmental damage. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
In addition, you will collaborate with various departments to provide support and guidance on EHS matters, train employees on safety procedures, and investigate incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Proven experience in EHS compliance and risk management.
- Knowledge of local and national environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
